Decent for the price

It is not an expensive iron, but it does the trick. It is easy to use and works quite well so can’t complain. There was some white stuff that came out of the bottom for the first few items, but it didn’t stain the clothes, just made a bit of a mess and then it was fine.

Great Small Iron

Great small iron. Works well, a cottage companion for our other T-Fal we have used for the past 15 years at home and still going strong. Didn't realize it was a smaller ironing surface and water capacity but that was fine for our needs at the cottage. If you do a lot of ironing you may want to get the larger size.

Q: After I am finished ironing and unplugged the unit, can I keep the temperature dial and steam dial at my desired level, for example, max temp and steam ON? According to the manual, I must turn temperature back to min and steam off after each use.

Q: Does this iron have self-cleaning function to expel mineral deposits at the end of usages? and is the ceramic plate solid ceramic or only plated?
