Very comfortable in my hand, easy to operate.
The opener easily and effectively cut the lid off the can.
My only caution is the exposed top edge of the opened can. I will take care knowing it could possibly cut a finger?? Not sure.

Package said no sharp edge to lid.... true. However the entire can now has the sharp edge. Liquud spilled from both cans as the turned on the opener. Starfrit s usually a great brand, but not with this particular product

A: Open handles and place on top of can to self-locate on the edge of the ring. Turn the knob until the lid is detached.
