Limited uses for this!

I was disappointed with this mandolin. I was making a lasagna with zucchini slices in place of noodles for someone who is gluten intolerant. Unfortunately you can’t place a whole zucchini under it. I wanted long slices of zucchini. It would probably work for small things which will fit in under the green circular slicing handle - tomatoes, onions. I didn’t bother trying to use it for anything. I just packaged it back up and returned it. I was given a store credit (which I had no problem using for something unrelated). Just a heads up - they don’t give a refund for this type of item, just a store credit.

Q: I have the easy Starfrit mandoline, problem being knob on top of pusher cameioff, I would like to know if it is posible to order a new hob/pusn rpart for my mandolin

A: Have you read instructions when you open it? And you have 1800 number to call them too( maybe in USA ) and you have website where you can research the price of the exact piece you want to change it
