Excellent level!

Years ago I broke down and bought a 6' Fatmax level and absolutely love it. I had another 48" level that I was finally reading to replace with this one, and I'm glad I did. Incredibly easy to read the bubble, compared to several others on the market, and stays true as long as any. One of my most trusted and often used tools.

ONE TOUGH LEVEL!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my FATMAX LEVEL for a few years now and all I can say is, “WOW!” This tool has been dropped, kicked, drop kicked, stepped on and left in the elements! Everything from rain and snow, the cold of winter and heat of summer, this level has survived it all! Just recently I wanted to see if it was still showing level and plumb! Put it next to a new, expensive, name brand level and it matched up perfectly! OUTSTANDING TOOL!!

Rubber ends work

I’ve had this level for years now. We do the kind of work that needs a lot of stick framing. When using the framing nailer you can level the stud, jam the rubber tip against the top plate and it holds the stud in place while you nail keeping your hands clear and safe. Great level and very sturdy.

Q: Do you carry 48" plastic levels

1 Answer

A: I don't recommend them but there are a pair of plastic levels available at CT: 1. Jobmate Polycast Level (Product #57-5347-2) 2. 9-in. Torpedo Level (Product #57-5329-6) Personally, I don't recommend them. The long one is damaged too easily. The short one isn't very accurate.
