Unfortunately Defective

For some unknown reason, the gas was not flowing from the cylinder properly. It may be a simple defect but because of this I cannot give a proper review of the product. But I can say that the instructions to use the product were very easy. It was a gift so we will be returning it to the place of purchase to inquire about an exchange or refund. Hopefully an exchange will be possible as we were excited about receiving this.

Q: What size of CO2 cartridge is included?

A: Sodastream Play when it originally came to the market had a full size cylinder, but it had a smaller amount if CO2 in it (enough to make 15L instead of 60L) All machines now are coming in with the 60L cylinder. The 299-2071 kit would all have the full 60L CO2 cylinder
