Q: Difference between Snowmobile Oil's? What is the difference between Shell Advance and Motomaster Formula I two cycle snowmobile oil, other than the price? Are they both the same quality or is the Shell brand a superior product?
11 years agoA: Advance Snow Ultra Synthetic is an advanced oil formulated specifically for high output, snowmobile engines operating under continuous high speed operation. Meeting the requirements of JASO FD, ISO EGD and API TC, Shell Advance Snow Ultra Synthetic is an ideal oil for the harshest winter conditions under the most severe conditions including the most modern, air-cooled, direct injected engines. It is also excellent for injector and pre-mixed fuel systems. MotoMaster Formula 1 Snowmobile Oil is an excellent 2-cycle oil designed to meet NMMA TC-W3 performance levels. A conventional formula, it is designed for direct injection, injector and premixed fuel systems and can be used under the harshest winter conditions.
