Love this it gets

Love this it gets my wood floor clean with pure water. Easy to use and has several sizes of pocket mops, which are machine washable

Ma conjointe a acheter cette vadrouille il y a un peu plus de 1 an. Nettoie bien mais il faut passer plusieurs fois au endroits très sales. Apres 7 mois d'utilisation le manche a cassé et ensuite apres un wpeu plus d'un an elle ne fais plus que quelques minutes de vapeur. Très déçu .

J ai une garderie à la maison et je dois nettoyer le plancher régulièrement. Avec cet appareil, le sol est doux, pas collant et super propre et brillant. Il semble fragile mais fonctionne super bien et fait un bon travail.

I expected to notice a huge difference. I did not. It doesn't seem to perform any differently than my standard vileda wet mop. I expected so much more and it doesn't do anymore than my $20 mop. Tile grout looks the same, still have to rub dirt several times to remove it. The 25ft cord doesn't get you as far as you think you would.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: I have dark cherry clic flooring and yes it cleans well, removes scuffs, but it can easily show the streaks when it dries. You have to practice so you know exactly how much steam will clean and not streak.

A: I have been using it on my laminate floors with no problem whatsoever. The steam dries so quickly that there is no way for water to get in between and do any damage at all.

A: no you don't need distilled water. But if you have very bad water I would put it through a filter first.

Q: Does this leave the floors dry while cleaning? I currently have the H2O mop which leaves the floor very wet - it is starting to leave water spots on my hardwood. Does this mop clean while leaving the floors virtually dry as advertised?

Q: I Have Purchased A Different Brand In The Past I Was Very Dissaponted It Did Not Last A Year & Had No Warranty. Does This Have A Warranty ??.

A: Yes. It has "One Year Limited Warranty". If anything goes wrong, the manufacture company can repair (but need to pay shipping cost etc). CND Tire will exchange to a new unit within one year if you took all units and the original reciept (if they have the same model).

Q: Can this be used on mattresses? Will it hlep eliminate bedbugs and their eggs?

A: doubtful. you need to expose bed bug eggs to over 46C for around an hour before you can effectively kill em, maybe half an hour or so for the adults. plus the mop would only do the surface of the mattress, not deep within it. i guess it would help eliminate them but not likely get rid of them on a mattress.

A: It's not a vacuum it's a steam mop and being bamboo I would think it would not ruin bamboo flooring but of course you should always test in a small area before trying it. Just In Case
