The power on this vacuum is amazing if you’re not careful a little suck up a whole sock. plenty of power and the filters catch all the dust from getting in the air. and how it comes apart and lifts away and goes back together gives you several options for getting into tight places.

This vacuum is light weight, glides around very easy and has super strong suction! The best part of this unit is that is quiet when cleaning and easy to maintain! Couldn’t have picked a better vacuum cleaner. Love my shark!

We have owned our Shark for a couple of years now and have never been disapointed by the performance of this Vacuum. No matter how full the canister gets there is no lose of suction. We can honestly say, that over the years, we have owned many brands of Vacuums, none of them have impressed us as much as this Shark, it just never stops. We can highly recommend the Shark brand.

I have this item and I am very pleased with it. Strong machine, picks up all the dirt, etc. Very nice handling, makes vacuuming a breeze.

Q: warrenty question does this have a one year warrenty or a 5 year because the video says 5 years. Also how does this compare to the shark commercial navigator professional and the shark navigator light upright bagless vacuum

A: The 436749 (Rotator Lift-Away) has a 5 year warranty. If you experience any problems within the first year of ownership, the vacuum can simply be returned to Canadian Tire along with the original receipt. Any issues that arise after the first year, can be addressed directly to Shark via the call center (1-800-798-7398) or website (www.sharkclean.com). The same is true for the 436688 Commercial Navigator Professional. The Navigator Light offers a similar 1 year in-store return/exchange policy and 2 more years of coverage from Shark directly, totalling to a 3 year warranty.

A: Came with floor attachment, turbo brush, roller caddy, corner tool, angled duster and dusting brush. So basically averything except the flexible extension tool.

Q: Where can you acquire filters in Canada for the Shark Rotator Professional Lift-away? I am looking to purchase the following filters for model #: NV502 Foam Filter-XFF500 Felt Filter-XFF500, the foam and felt filter comes together on the US site. Hepa Filter-XFH500

A: These filters are washable and reusable. Simply rinse the filters in warm water and squeeze to release dirt. Do not use soap or machine wash. Once clean, let air dry completely (do not use electric dryer). If, after some time, you do require a replacement, it can be obtained from Shark directly at 1-800-798-7398 or www.sharkclean.com.

Q: Do you have to hold a trigger in while using it? I didn't buy the Dyson because I found out you have to hold the trigger in the on position while you use it. Reviews say it can cause your hand to be sore. Does the Shark have an on/off switch or a trigger you have to hold.
