Horrible Product

HORRIBLE product. Rip off. I bought this to use on hardwood and the carpet in my daughters play room. It was awful. Top heavy so it was uncomfortable to use for more than 5 minutes, and it didn’t work at all on the carpet. The red light went on and the whole thing would shut off. I exchanged it thinking it was defective, and the same problems. The $50 one I have worked much better.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not for pet owners

I bought mine on May 5th 2025. It lasted maybe a month before it stopped working. Zero suction power. It did not work correctly from the beginning. This is a piece of garbage machine don't waste your money. I bought it because I have pets and it was supposedly good for picking up pet hair. Wrong!!! If you turn it on it makes a loud noise from the top piece and gives no suction. Nothing is clogged it was just a piece of junk from the beginning do not recommend

Seems to be as powerful as my previously owned Dyson from years ago and a lot better than my other machine that still works but not the best suction. It's awkward to carry upstairs but taking it apart helps with that.
