Good, but difficult installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought a new house and wanted to put in new deadbolts on our doors. I had a great experience with the smart locks we bought (Schlage arrive). They required some minor adjustments from the pre-existing deadbolt but were very adaptable. Unfortunately, this one was much harder to install. The pre-existing deadbolt was the 1 1/2 inch size and, unlike the other ones, this deadbolt could not adapt to that size. I had to drill out a new hole and even then could not get the lock to sit vertical after a lot of work. Its operation was overall more difficult. On the plus side, it was easy to program in the code that we wanted. I would love this lock if it would just have the same installation style as the arrive locks to make it more flexible.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Love this keyless lock

It is strong and study. I also like the security it provides and the access of Not needing a key for our family to have to carry. The appearance of the handle and lock are an added appeal to our door!
