    Great features!

    I was looking to supplement my cordless oscillating multi tools with a corded AC oscillating multi tool. After looking around and seeing the different brands and tool free blade change options, I found Rockwell's F30. I bought several of these for my family and myself. The tool is solidly built, and has a great deal of clamping force. The 10 foot power cord is enough to eliminate extension cords on all but the rarest occasions for me. The wide oscillating angle is aggressive. I like it when a company that makes tools has a narrow focus, concentrating on quality products. I would have considered the cordless units, had Rockwell kept the brushless drills and drivers in the catalog. I suppose the relatively small catalog will allow Rockwell to make better products by focusing on consistency. Overall, I am pleased with the F30!

    Best oscillating tool for the cost

    Having the variable speed allows precision cutting. The only issue is the time for the blade to stop. I’m always turning the tool on its back and holding it so the blade will not hit the work surface. It would be great if the housing was mounded so the tool could be placed on it back until the blade stops.

    Performs multiple tasks that would be difficult to do by hand or by other common tools. A big plus is that the oscillating action reduces dust from flying all over the place.
