biodegradable and makes clean-up easy

I prefer to use this product rather than aluminum foil where possible because it is environmentally-friendly. It works very well to prevent sticking and make clean-up easy.

I went years without following instructions to use parchment paper when baking cookies. This is a great product and once I used it, I realized how much it helps. You can re-use it as well and even recycle it in your green bin.
