smart tv not so smart

I bought this TV and it straight trash freezes up after left on for 4 hours the remote becomes unresponsive

The contrast is so bad

If you tech guy and know picture detail you will notice the bad quality because the low contrast . And dont even think about connect it to PC or laptop.
As a tv for cable box and if you seat in front of it than you good.
No, I do not recommend this product.

As of writing this review they are still stating in the features of this product that it has three HDMI ports and a VGA port. This unit does NOT have a VGA port and it only has two HDMI ports.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is the Fan supposed to be loud while watching Cable? When we watch a tv channel via cable the fan on the tv is very loud and must be watched at a loud setting. If I use the Roku stick to watch Netflix the fan is never on. Is there something wrong with the TV?

A: The loud fan noise seems to have been the first few days. Since it has been on and running the fan is quiet. Must be just because it was brand new and needed to get the parts loosened up and moving.
