absolutely crazy

My husband and I really studied the instructions but for the life of us we could not assemble it without another part coming undone. The picture on the box is misleading this item is in many pieces that refuse to go together.

As hard to get back in the box

We bought this last night in the hopes of using it today. After 25 minutes of fighting with the rack to put it together we gave up. It was just as hard to put back in the box to take back! Not worth the hassle!

Like the others have said:
Putting it together is an exercise in patience. Things pop out all over the place. It's portable provided you don't really want to move it often through a door. Because if you collapse it you'll have to redo the entire painful experience of re-assembly. I would have returned it but it's so fragile that I think (I can't tell) I may have bent a rod. So I'm stuck with it.
This is your last choice. Use a tree, it's better.

even with two of us, we could not get it together, and when we got close just kept popping out...have never had a product that I swore so much trying to get it together ( and I don't like to swear)

Great Concept negated by bad construction.

To be honest I like the concept but oh my goodness this "drying rack" is bad. The legs and dryer arms insert into cheap plastic slots and KEEP popping out. My wife and I (yeah it took two people) finally got it set up properly then went to fold it and guess what!? The arms and legs popped out again. So what? I'm going to fight with this every time I want to use it?!
Whoever designed this thing obviously didn't try to use it or listened to feedback.
Oh yeah the purchased product looks slightly different then the website pictures. Such as I had green plastic instead of red and the picture shows two black screw knobs and I had one. Heck the manual shows a different setup than the pictures on the box!
So DO NOT BUY this. Thank goodness for return policies. Yeesh.
