Would NOT recommend Peerless

I purchased and installed these taps about 5 yrs ago to replace the builder grade 20 yr old taps. Thought I purchased a better quality product to last at least another 10 yrs, I was wrong!!
Sprayer wouldn't stay on spray from full faucet. Then about 4 months ago the swinging neck started getting very stiff then seized. Could not swing from sink to sink. Emailed Peerless in the US. They immediately got back to me but referred to Masco. I emailed Masco description of issues. Days go by then Masco wanted ident no, a video, an original receipt and description of issues previously described to them. Days go by then they wanted to send me a cartridge? I wanted to know how to dissemble taps thinking it was a bad O ring. Almost 2 weeks goes by until I gave up, purchased and installed a Moen. A week with the new taps installed, they notice me they are sending new taps?? No one to speak to, improper diagnosis of issues and very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend Peerless.

Water leak from the bottom of the faucet under the countertop

Sent email to MASCO Customer Service ten days ago, no reply yet.
Called MASCO Canada, waited for 45 minutes, nobody answer and cannot leave message.
Sent email to MASCO Customer Services ten days ago, no reply yet.
Went to Canadian Tire North Vancouver, asked me to contact MASCO Canada.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Nice looking faucet

Looks great but a few caveats. The spray setting is too forceful. Water splashes everywhere. After a few months, the handle sticks when moving around.

Q: What is the Peerless model number for this product? I'm trying to register my faucet at peerless and there is no model number on the box. Only number there is 67050-1004. Peerless single handle kitchen faucet with pull-out spray brushed nickel.
