Q: The sprayer appears to be clogged and will not revert to a single stream. How do you disassemble to clean?

  • A: I called the number listed in the CTC answer with the same problem. They took my mailing info and are shipping me a new sprayer head and hose. Very impressed. They also supplied this number 1-800-567-3300 which is for Masco Canada who supply these faucets in Canada

Q: Does the spray wand connect via a magnet?

  • A: No. The spray wand connects to the tap input via a plug-and-twist 'o' ring sealed connector and is maintained in the normal 'home' position by the usual clamp-on steel weight over the under-counter flex line.

Q: My faucet starts off with a lot of water pressure but after 10 to 15 seconds the pressure drops and I can barely rinse my dishes.   Could you please help?
