I purchased this product on my own and my cats really like it.It has stood up well considering I have three cats that are using it.Great quality and very inexpensive.I would definitely consider purchasing another one in the future if I ever needed to.

More suitable for a kitten and not heavy enough so that a cat scratching might pull it over and frighten them. Upgrade once they grow up!

Have had this over a year and between my two cats its standing up just fine. Doesn't shed material too much and nice and small so I can tuck it away when company comes.

Q: Assempling the carpet and post ? How do you connect the post to the carpet part . How do you put it together to make it stand straight ? Isn't there a screw missing ? Please let me know

Q: How does the warranty work? The website says this product has a one year exchange warranty. Does this mean that I can exchange for the same product only, or for a different product?

A: I did some asking at my local Canadian Tire. They said that they'll replace it with the identical product. However! The issue must be manufacturer related. If your cat ripped the thing to shreads, that's not covered.
