    Fun but dissapointed

My boys got this as a Christmas gift and also have most of the other add on track systems since, however they are very disappointed that Ryder cannot fit under the bridge and the pups cannot fit down the slide. Seems as though the design wasn't completely thought thru.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Frustrating Toy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Paw Patrol Launch and Roll Lookout Tower Track is fairly disappointing. My 3 year old son is a fan of Paw Patrol and was so excited to see the box. 10 minutes later, after several meltdowns, he went back to his train table and hasn't touched it since. The good news is that I was pleasantly surprised how stable this toy is. My son easily fit the track pieces together and we set it up on our wood floor. The track itself is a nice size for little hands and I liked how easily the pieces fit together. The set comes with stickers although we didn't put them on. The set comes with two racers - Rubble in his construction truck and Ryder in his odd shaped race car. The cars fit nicely on the track and my son enjoyed pushing them around. The bridge "breaks" and you have to fix it with by pushing down a lever. My son also enjoyed this feature and again I was happy with how that worked. Now for the bad news...we tried the launcher. I don't understand how the manufacturer thought this was a good idea. You are supposed to set a car in the launch pad and press (I mean slam) the yellow telescope on the top of the tower to get the car to go on the track. After several attempts at just pushing the button and the cars maybe going an inch or two, I decided to essentially slam down on it. The cars then go flying off the track. We must have tried this 30 times. As far as I can tell, there is no good way to do this. This frustrated my son to no end and he ended up with the first meltdown. After that I decided we should move on to the slide on the launch tower. I thought my son could have fun with the two dog figures going down the slide. Oh wait - they don't even fit on the slide. This ensured my son had another meltdown so I decided we needed to stop for the day. I wouldn't recommend this toy to anyone and especially to those with autistic children, or children who are very particular with how things work. While the track was nice, the bridge worked surprisingly well, the failure of the launch mechanism and the slide were too much for my son to handle. I have left it out since we got it several weeks ago and he hasn't touched it since. I think this was a fun idea for a toy that just didn't work out.

    More Cute Than Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After returning from vacation I was excited to discover that our Paw Patrol delivery arrived while we were away. It was my son's birthday week, so it was perfect timing - an addition to his pile of gifts. As I opened the packaging, which revealed something Paw Patroly, my tot immediately began to jump up and down with joy exclaiming, "Oh boy, oh boy. Paw Patrol toy." I, myself, thought, "Awesome! So good so far. The toy looks like a winner." But sadly, that's where it ended. Aesthetically, the toy looked great. It was of good quality and had all the parts. It was also very easy to assemble. There's track pieces, a bridge, the launcher pieces, and the little figures. So here's where the loss in stars comes from. The launcher doesn't launch. For the centerpiece and focus to be the launcher, it should function properly, but it doesn't. My son and I both took turns trying to launch the cars, but at most they would launch one inch. Furthermore, the red car is too long for the launcher base. Meaning, you couldn't rotate it on the pad like the yellow mobile. Also, the little Paw Patrol figures don't actually slide down the slide. You have to manually do it. On the plus side, the little figures, the cars, the tracks, and the bridge can be utilized independently of the launching piece. Also, my tot enjoyed the drop feature of the bridge. He pretended that his toys got eaten by the bridge. After 30 minutes, my tot stopped playing with the toy and has only picked it up one other time since then. Personally, I wouldn't purchase this toy as a gift given the deficiencies it has.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 4 year old LOVES the Paw Patrol - Launch 'N' Roll Lookout Tower! He nearly tore the box open when it arrived and begged me to immediately set it up. The track easily snapped together and the instructions were super simple to follow. My son loves racing the cars around the track, dropping them through the bridge and pushing the Paw Patrol figurines down the tower. He's been playing for over an hour and hasn't gotten bored yet. Chase is on the case! In my eyes, this toy is a huge success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know about you but my three year old is obsessed with paw patrol! Chase, Marshall and Rubble are household names in our house. As are any toys with tracks! This combines a train track with our favorite characters which is a win win! I love that the peices snap together easy and apart easily for easy storage. I love that it comes with a few characters to get started but gives you an easy add on gift for later too! It's cute, it's kid approved, and it's our favorite characters! Hooray!
