Product Details

Looking for a downtown ride that will keep up with the couriers? The Pace will do exactly that, keep up the Pace. The Pace Fixie 700C Hybrid Bike has had its components chosen strategically to ensure the best fit and function on this urban street bike. The Pace is a true Fixie, featuring a flip/flop rear hub, it can be set up as a fixed gear ride or you can use a traditional freewheel-you choose. And the alloy crank set can take the pressure applied to it by the Fixie gear system, thanks to it's nutted construction. Lightweight performance is what drives the components that make up the Pace. Alloy is found where needed: stem; seat post; brakes and levers; crank set; hubs, and rims. Pair the dual pivot calliper brakes with the CNC sidewalls of the double-wall rims and you have stopping power needed for the concrete jungle.

Excellent entry level fixed gear bike

Perfect for people who want to try fixed gear or single speed without breaking the bank. Exact parts list as some internet order bikes for far less cost. Easily upgraded as you progress with fitness levels and skill. I blew out the rear tire in the first week as well learning to skid with the fixed gear side of the flip flop hub. Keep the tires fully inflated every ride. A clean bike is a happy bike.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Gorgeous Fixie!

Rides great except hub has too much plastic and causes a knocking sound in the rear of the bike...almost sounds like a musical tune so can live with it.....also the seat has no cushion and is very uncomfortable...i recommend changing the seat immediately after purchase!!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Tires are terrible

i when i first bought the bike the back tire blew with in 2 days. i took it back to get fixed. It took them 5WEEKS to get it fixed. Each Wednesday when they said that they would have it fixed they said it would take another week as they had no tubes in stock. I said enough was enough and demanded a new bike. The front tire on that one didn't even last a week. Sad!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Yes this bike may look nice but it sucks. I had it for two days and the rear tire won't hold air anymore. Would not recommend.
