Recently, my daughter and son-in-law had twins, and I ordered these ballons to welcome them home from the hospital. The balloons were perfect and festive! Moreover, the service I received from the store manager (Holly) was above and beyond excellent service! I was visting from out of state, had just flown to Boston, and had no car available. Over the phone, Holly personally talked me through the ordering process, making sure I would receive exactly what I wanted, and helped make arrangements for delivery that afternoon! She did an outstanding job! Thank you, Holly!!!
