Does not hold balloons without tearing

Anyone who says this worked is hired to say that! DO NOT BUY THIS FLIMSY PAPER STRIP...IT TEARS BEFORE YOU CAN GET A BALLOON IN, (even if you try and leave spaces in between balloon holes), so you can't create any even spacing much less closeness in adding the balloons . TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTEN OF MONEY AND TIME It needs to be made of some type of plastic or a material that won't tear when you put the balloon in a hole

This balloon arch strip is made of cardboard!! Impossible to make a balloon arch without taping it up when it rips. Which it does a lot!!!!
