love it but...

I've been looking and hoping to see such a water dispenser WITH cold storage as the one I bought at Canadian Tire over 10 years ago (another brand) was discontinued and the hot water on my machine no longer worked. So while I am super happy to finally find such a machine, it is smaller. And the trouble right now is that I can only get 1, maybe 2 cups of hot water at a time, so I don't know if that is just the reservoir capacity and just have to wait between each cups for it to heat more water, but it seems to be far from enough. I just tested and after a minute or two, the hot light clicked off and the water was hot again, so I guess that it is a very small reservoir then. Using this (and the previous machine)with the Greenway (or whatever brand it is) large bottle replacement filter system has been simply great. and I can't recommend this setup more than I do... I absolutely love it. my problem now is that it's marked as liquidation so I fear that these machines will disappear again for another 10years !!

Bought this cooler last fall. Fridge isn't very cold and now the cold water is coming out at a very low flow. Turning the cold switch off and waiting a couple of hours allows for normal flow, so it seems like it is already freezing up after only seven months
