Couple screws loose

Had this product for just over a year. Screws come loose on the lid over time. Bought in Jan/2025 and just missed the warranty which is frustrating. This is my second air fryer from ninja which was a lemon I guess. Still works but only a matter of time until other screws fall off.

Great cooking tool but still bit bulky

Great additional cooking tool for small family. I am living tiny condo I have to make space for it. I was using oven toaster but making fire alarm going to make frozen fries. So I was giving up. Now we can enjoy fries so quick. Love the any counter top I can rest top part of machine. Over all great however eventually you can make it bit compact. That is why I gave 4 out of 5

Like this air fryer cuz very easy to use, gives good results - I’ve only tried air fry! - it’s a breeze to clean and it doesn’t take up too much space to store! Next I have to exper With its other settings!

Great but a silicone corner of plate broke

We love the way it cooks, quickly and crunchy, but we’ve had it for only 2-3 weeks and one of the silicone corners of the larger crisper plate doesn’t stay in place since it broke with normal use. We wanted to buy another silicone corner, but haven’t found them online on your parts and accessoires site

Q: I'm reposting my question as it may not have been stated clearly. There are TWO Ninja Crispi, one with item# 043-2095-0 and the other is item# 499-2131-0 with a price difference of $20.00. Clarification please.

A: Both links point to the Crispi at Canadian Tire. Item 499 2131 0 is the current Crispi 1.5 L listing with cool touch handle. Item 043 2095 0 is an alternate retailer SKU for the same product family. Core specs are the same. Any price difference reflects the retailer’s promotions or inventory. If you want to confirm the exact model on the box look for FN101 with four functions or FN100 with three functions. FN101 adds Bake. FN100 has Air Fry, Max Crisp and Recrisp.
