Mid performance for high price

5 stars reviews are misleading. After having that pan more than a month. Food will get stuck. It is not rated for high heat at all. Do not put it in the dishwasher, you will lose your warranty.

Poor Product

It worked fine for the first couple of months. Apparently you can't use extra virgin olive oil because it causes carbonization. That makes it practically useless to me and all the many people who use that oil. Even after the recommended cleaning, food continues to stick. This is not a good product. Safe to use, but really unusable.
