I’ve been using the Rock Heritage Jumbo Non-Stick Cooker for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied with its performance. The jumbo size is perfect for cooking large meals, especially for families or when making one-pot dishes like pasta, stir-fries, or anything my kids wanted. I love how helpful it was.

A: I noticed, after I had bought it already, that nowhere was a mention of it being induction-compatible. Therefore I gave it away. To be sure, you should only buy cookware that explicitly says it can be used on induction cooktops.

A: Good day, It is PFOA free. PFOA completely evaporates during the “curing process” while the coating is cooking and merging with the material of the cookware. PFOA is eliminated up to the point that it was undetectable during the different migration tests done. This was confirmed by more than one organization:• USFDA (United States Food and Drug Administration) • EFSA (European Food and Safety Authority) • EPA (Environment Protection Agency). Please be assured that you can safely use all of our non-stick product lines.

A: Good day, This The Rock cookware is covered by a 3-year warranty on the non-stick coating, starting from the date of the original purchase and with proof of purchase, as stated on all of our packaging, labels, User Guide and Website. In all cases, you must keep your receipt as a proof of purchase date. We cannot exchange under warranty without a proof of purchase. Of course, the owner must have followed care and use instructions for this warranty to apply. Any complaints / claim must be registered within the warranty period.
