Impossible to Assemble

Purchased as new and cannot assemble the chair. The holes for the back and for both arms do not match up with the corresponding holes in the base. Additionally, we were missing hardware.

Great chairs but disappointed with quality of snaps.

On one of the gliders a snap had broken off one of the arms that the cushion snaps onto. On the other glider snap completely broke off of the arm cusion trying to snap it on. Will need to replace 1 cusion and need snap to screw onto one of the arms.
