Poor quality for what it is

First one only lasted 4 years then the canopy collapsed. Bought this replacement as a quick fix but will have to figure out a permanent solution

BAD QUALITY. DO NOT BUY!

We set it up in spring 2024. In the summer 2025 we started seeing many holes in it, and small tears everywhere. We patched them with tapes as much as we could. This winter, 2026, there was a big crack on the top part. Within a week, the crack grew bigger and the tarp was torn in a big area, right on top if our car. So disappointing!! So, our car is parked in a 'shelter logic garage in a box' and it is covered wit snow because the bad quality tarp!!
I called the customer service number, the guy said it's outside the warranty period. I told him we barely used it. He said 'this garage is meant to be for temporary use.' I questioned him about the description of the product 'built to last', as it barely lasted over 2 seasons, he said he can sell me a 'good quality tarp' for $,1000. Unbelievable!!!
Such a waste of money!! I DO NOT TRUST SHELTER LOGIC.
Will NEVER buy Shelter Logic again!! NEVER!!

Q: How would this fit over a 10x20x8 round top frame?

A: it would definitely fit but I think it would be too long on each side. This is a problem when you want to run the bottom pipes through the slots. I dont think that you could tighten the tarp up.

A: CT is not the only company to do this. It's the same product just with different dimensions. In reality you get double the reviews. Just ensure when you purchase something you click on the one with the right dimensions. They have both replacements on their site. I purchased the 12 x20 and it is exactly as the original.

A: I believe the brown is a heavier gauge of fabric with a UV protective coating, I replaced the cover after 5yrs of use.
