Couldn’t open product and allow return

I bought this product but could not open it to see if it would fit on my counter. Your return policy does not allow for opened items and only exchanges for opened items. It would be better if you allowed for exchanges, returns or even a gift card being issued if the product was opened. This would allow the product to be tried out and see if it would fit.

Good Quality and Attractive Design

I like the design and the compact size of this dish rack. Materials used look to be good quality so far. The slight angle of the tray allows water to drain into the sink. Perfect for one or two people. My only complaint is that the cutlery compartment is easily tipped over when full of cutlery (that is why I don’t give it 5 stars).
