Not durable, poor quality finish

I bought three of these in October 2025 to replace a 15 year old Royal DaltonxGordon Ramsey set we’d used daily. As is to be expected with 15 years of daily use, several pieces had broken over time - so I no longer had 12 place settings. Within 2 months of use, several of the Alliston pieces had chipped and the finish seemed to be wearing off. I switched dishwasher detergents and added rinse aid more regularly to try to remedy the weird feeling on the dishes, but nothing worked. I also had use paper towels bn each bowl so they wouldn’t stick together in the cupboard. Very disappointed. I’ll be returning these.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Quality control is trash

I bought two boxes of these plates, and the quality control in their factory is terrible. What I'm assuming is wax marker that was used in their factory was literally glazed into plates with numbers and lines on multiple plates (included a picture of one). Other than that, there were scratches all over the large plates. I am extremely disappointed in this product and am going to return both sets.

No, I do not recommend this product.
