    2 things I really like about this grater. 1 I can hold it over a bowl or the food I want to shred cheese on and 2. it has a cover that keeps it sharp in the drawer. I love the way it grates parmesan. Not shredded, but rectangular. It seems to be well made, and I expect to own it for years to come.
