Replaced old office looking fan in our bedroom. This fan was pretty easy for my husband to install. It was a little challenging to make all of the wires and the receiver to fit into the housing...but he made it happen. It looks great and so far works as intended.

Poor quality control

a month ago
First - 2 out of 4 screw do not align on each blade, looks like the motor housing was not mounted correctly. Installed them anyway, planning on using at slow speed only so 2 screws should be enough. Second - looks like the motor was wired incorrectly at the factory, when you activate to push the air down it pulls the air up. On the positive side the app looks ok and compatible with multiple smart home systems.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I would need to attach a 36-inch downrod extension since my ceiling is high and on a 15-degree angle. Is this fan compatible with any downrod extension?

  • A: Our fans are compatible with downrods. For compatibility, please ensure the use of a non-threaded downrod that is a 1" diameter. Please be advised the canopy for this fan is not a pivoting canopy so the 15 degree slope may not be suitable.

Q: We have connected the Waterfall ceiling fan to Alexa but only the light will turn on using Alexa . Any tips?
