Got myself an excellent deal it seems to work well

I actually just stumbled upon this product in a clearance section I don't think it was previously purchased I was just simply a packaging issue maybe it was opened and therefore reduce the 10 dollars seems to work fine got it at a quarter of the cost of the retail price I see I'm a happy customer

I had to exchange the 1st one I purchased due to it not being flat and the 2nd one I exchanged it for does not work at all. I will be returning it. Very disappointed. On a good not the staff I spoke to for the exchange did a good job.
