New feature not so great

a month ago

Noma changed their filter. Had this for a month and it’s not holding its shape. This new accordion feature isn’t the greatest. I like the blue colour over the old ones that were white.

Q: Info says this filter is made of paper so how is it washable? Also, if it is washable, does it need to regularly be replaced?

A: You can rinse it in cold water to remove build up but yes, it should be regularly replaced. I only use mine in the winter so I replace it before I use it.
