Very good, but waay overpriced

Nice and easy to use, but $43 for a few pieces of plastic is too much; operationally was better than the other options though. It has a ‘brake’ to stop the spinning, but you can tell that it’s just a matter of time before this doesn’t work anymore. The pump mechanism for spinning is easy to use and better than the the circular motion of our old salad spinner (which was very inexpensive, but lasted for 25 years!).

Q: Some people have noticed mold on the working part of the lid. How would you recommend cleaning to prevent this?

A: I take the whole lid apart and submerge in soapy water and clean as normal. It should just separate easily, and I’ve never had any issues with mold.
