Pour la qualité et la grandeur, même si elle disais qu'elle était prète à l'usage et déjà traiter après l'avoir nettoyer et bien asséché je lui ai mos de l'huile végétale partout interieur et extérieur et mis au four à 300° pour 1h00 pour être certaine que le traitement sois adéquat et que ça ne rouille pas

I really like Lagostina products. This grill was on sale when I bought it which was a great price. I doubt I would ever buy it at the regular price. It’s very thick and sturdy. Well seasoned upon purchase and takes oil for further storage and seasoning very well.

A: Yes the Lagostina 10” square Cast Iron grill pan can be used over the camp fire. In fact, some would say cast iron is the best cooking material for use over an open flame.
