Defective Produst

We went to buy the product in Bracebridge ON. and the wood was cracked. We ordered a second elevated dog dish to come to the Huntsville ON location and the wood was cracked. We ordered a third one. It took two weeks to come and it was cracked. We asked for a discount at Customer Service and they granted it. We gave the cracked (defective) product to our son and he is going to repair it. Not a great experience.
