I think this item had been returned as damaged and then replaced on the shelf for resale. There was evidence that the package had been opened once I got into it. The posts were rusty even the plastic bags that the posts were in had rust in them. The rust is liveable because I don't have time to return it. I know the package had been opened and returned because the parts were no longer twist tied down. This is not first time I have bought something that had been turned to the Downtown Edmonton store. I think this is common practice for them. I own several of these carts and like them but the damage was a disappointment.

Sturdy but tricky

Really nice, sturdy cart and heavier than I expected. The second shelf is tricky and takes some work to get both sides attached. Also, one of the caster holes was blocked partially by a weld so it had to be tapped. Thank goodness we have a tap and die set because I wasn't about to take it all apart just for that. So best to check all the holes, especially those on the bottom, before you put it all together.

A: Salut ! Oups ! Tu dois avoir fait une erreur en assemblant les morceaux ! Car effectivement, il y a une pièce; un genre de carré avec des bouts arrondi, qui dont sensé tenir le panier du centre avec des vis ! Celui du haut est fixé par des vis et celui du bas aussi. J'espère que cela a pu t'aider !

A: This utility cart has a unique design in that the centre shelf is adjustable. That means that the utility cart could be used for wine bottles upright on the top shelf and centre shelf by adjusting the centre shelf height. The bottom shelf cannot be used as there's going to be a lack of space if you do this.
