Q: The leg end doesn’t have a bolt hole, it is plastic half ball cover the leg. How to screw the bolt on the solid plastic leg end? Also the bold diameter is much smaller than the hole on the chair base. Is it normal?

A: Unfortunately the Chair I received could not be assembled. The bottom hardened steel legs were seriously out of alignment. Therefore one of the bottom rockers could not be screwed on. Should you also receive a defective 'Canterbury Rocking Chair' the Call Center (see the manual) will ship a replacement. Fingers crossed the replacement one can be put together.

Q: I see the weight limit is 250 lbs. I weigh around 325 lbs, but I sat in this chair in one of my local CT stores and it seemed solid under my weight. What issues might I have if I buy one?
