Word as described. Bought so the option of leaving/disposing at a campsite was environmentally responsible. I’ve melted faster than I would have liked but I think weather was partially responsible lol

I bought this on a 3-week car trip on the East Coast It worked great! Much better than a styrofoam cooler - and cheaper too! This cooler performed well throughout the trip We passed it off to friends in Maryland at the end of the trip before we flew home to Los Angeles. What a find! No deterioration despite 3 weeks of use,

Q: at what degrees celsius does the cooler start to burn at?

A: Being that it’s made of paper pulp and AKD a compound to aid in composting, I would guess it’s very close to the ignition point of paper which is around 450° Celcius (842 ° Fahrenheit). Ray Bradbury whose novel Fahrenheit 451, is a sly reference to the ignition point of burning paper (books) is a misconception. He apparently liked the way it sounded more than Celsius 451.
