Thank you for your feedback. It is normal for condensation to form inside the thermometer. It often goes away when conditions get dry enough, or the grill is run at a higher temperature for more than 20 minutes or so. When this happens, you can remove the thermometer from the lid and put it in a cup of dry rice for a day. However, if the condensation gets severe and you can’t see the needle or markings inside even after troubleshooting, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We are always happy to help.
