Lowering my two star review because of the poor customer service. Please read my other review. The response from "Stacy" seemed promising. I reached out to "Stacy" and received the reply "Thank you for reaching out to me. Remind me which flashlight you have? I look forward to hearing back from you so that we can get this resolved. 😊" I responded with the model number and picture, and heard nothing in response. And that was it for customer service
