Posted Measurements Are Wrong

I have purchased many 3M Filtrete Air Filters over the years that I have been very happy with but with a new furnace a couple of years ago, came a new size of filter. The measurements show 16X25X4 but it is really 15.5X25.5X3.5 leaving a gap all around the filter when it is installed. This allows unfiltered air back into your furnace which defeats the purpose of the filter. I will have to purchase more expensive filters direct from the manufacture of the furnace.
