Works well for sealing small leaks on most plastics

I have used this product for a number of years to repair/seal leaks on filtration systems for my koi ponds. It works well, is easy to apply and adheres to most type of plastics. Although the tube indicates it is poison I have never seen any negative impact on my fish however that could be because I only use a small amount for each application and my ponds have thousands of water volume in them.

[Employee of canadiantire-ca] You need to improve the chemical formula of this product. People expect this adhesive to dry in 30 minutes and must be able to stick to wet surfaces and dry underwater without losing adhesion. I had to use Flex Paste from Flex Seal products to stop a leak because it met these expectations.

Q: I am thinking of using this for an eavestrough leak. How does this stand up on exterior applications especially for Canadian winters?

- A: Amazing Goop should work great for mending a leaking eavestrough. Upon a full cure, it is waterproof and should perform in a temperature range of -40 °F and 180 °F (-40 °C to 82 °C). For best results, be sure to clean the surface to be bonded with rubbing alcohol or acetone prior to application.
