I’ve had this ladder for a few years and recently bought one for my parents. The tool shelf is handy, and everything compacts nicely for storage. It is a sturdy situation of a ladder, great for basic household needs.

Great multi-purpose ladder

I really like this ladder, it is tall enough to do most things, yet it is light and compact when it is folded. Although the construction included a lot of plastic, it feel quite sturdy. The locking mechanism for both the tray and steps is a great addition. The design of having the top rail higher is great for my height, it allows me to lean a bit to steady myself when reaching. The tray is wonderful, it is large, had compartments and can be folded when not needed, very useful during home Renos.
Overall, fantastic ladder, I got on sale for under $60 which is think was a great deal. Would recommend!

Q: bought this ladder last week. I love it, however I can't get it to fold. I've tried the Red Button on the Top Step to try to fold the steps & ladder, IT WON'T RELEASE & FOLD THE STEPS. HELP??? I need to FOLD IT.
