I just bought this as my ceilings are really high and I needed to replace a battery in the smoke detector. It is very sturdy standing on the 3rd rung. Would be perfect for any painting projects or other projects around the house!

Q: bought this ladder last week. I love it, however I can't get it to fold. I've tried the Red Button on the Top Step to try to fold the steps & ladder, IT WON'T RELEASE & FOLD THE STEPS. HELP??? I need to FOLD IT.
