Purchased this after moving to an apartment and it's so helpful. We bring all kinds of things up to our apartment using this cart. It's a perfect size, sturdy enough and it folds together. We keep it in our car and it doesn't take up too much room. I would recommend.

A: If you want to raise the handle, please pull the handle up until it locks in place. And if you want to fold the handle flat, press down on the bottom bar to release the lock. There are corresponding illustrations in the manual for your reference.
