Original Stopped Working, Bought Another One

Using to drive screws on a deck project the drill quit working. After disassembly I found the motor to be seized. Having multiple 20-volt batteries from Worx tools I decided to buy another one of the same drill. FYI, I own a Rockwell 16-volt (made by the same company as Worx) that's still going strong after 10 plus years.

NOT a hammer drill

This looks like a good quality drill. That’s why I bought it. But the description (in the details) advertises it as a hammer drill, and it is not. I need a hammer drill, so will be returning this one. C’mon CT, this is false advertising and now I have to go through the hassle of returning this thing.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How do I find the serial number on the WX102L? Is it located on the unit's side or on the box, or both? I see so many numbers and I'm not sure what number to use to register the product.
