Was manufactured in 2023, so is already 3 years old, used it very little and lost 1 charging bar. Not optimistic about getting much usage out of it. Model is too old for the warranty website, had to phone WORX product support to get it registered, still didn’t show up on the list of registered tools. But at least I have the return email.
Will know how it performs in the next couple of weeks.
I returned the first one I bought the very next day it was used/returned, screw driver bits were scratched and drive system was binding, it would actually stop working with no load. Canadian Tire exchanged it, works much better, but the factory seals were cut on the replacement tool too.

However, even if it isn’t registered in that 30‑day window, the tool is still covered by a 3‑year limited warranty as long as the customer can provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Brand new and has a crack

I purchased this item about two hours ago, but I’m concerned because the box appeared to have been re-taped. At first, I thought it might be normal, but when I opened it and inspected the product, I noticed a crack and signs that it may have already been used. The box seems to have been resealed to look brand new, and there are visible usage marks on the handle upon closer inspection.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Worked well, but only for a few minutes.

It was trying to use it to put together IKEA cabinets. Worked great for the first 2 cabinets
Then it would work for maybe 1second at a time, spin stop spin stop. It won’t recharge/hold a charge. I’ve tried plugging it into different things. If I still had the package or receipt I’d def return.

- A: Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for your question. The chuck is magnetic and will attract and hold steel screwdriver bits with ¼ in. hex shanks. Q: You need better instructions showing how to charge it. They all show plugging into the tool that's were it stops. I guess you plug one end into the tool the other into a wall socket with an adapter that has a USB connector.
