Rechargeable battery Fan

This is our second fan. Works well. We use it off grid so we can charge it during the day and use all night on small battery. It is a little louder than I would like but then it is a fan.

terrible customer service

Decided to return product after seeing it. They said because i ordered on line they would not refund to method of payment (cc). Would only give store credit. Absolutely terrible customer service. Never have I had this happen there. Puts the worst shopping experience in me.

It’s loud!

While very handy, it’s unbelievably noisy, even on low. On high, you might as well be next to a lawn mower. Very disappointed, especially since the battery and charger needed to be bought separately.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: just wondering if the AC/DC power adapter will recharge the battery pack? if not it should, the instruction book says that if a battery is plugged into the fan and the AC/DC adapter is plugged in the fan will run off the AC/DC power instead of the battery

A: The adapter is only to power the fan. When in use, the adapter will take precedent over the battery (if the battery remains in the fan). There is no interaction between the battery and the adapter based on internal design of the tool.
