Amazing saw

Works great chain comes loose but easy fix and was told it was normal. If it true or not don't know. But chain never comes off . An it works circles around the 10" who chain does fall off. I took out two 10 foot bushes with it and it cut throw them easily. Even when the chain got loose it still cut before i fix it. Battery life was great. An it so easy to fix the chain tension it takes seconds.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I am very impressed with this little tool. Light and easy to handle, though still able to cut a pretty big branch. Although the battery is a little small, it still gave over an hour of pretty continuous pruning. I have an apple orchard and I am getting on in years so I need all the help I can get. I was disappointed only in the fact that it does not have a chain oil reservoir, only a little squirt bottle without any oil provided. Not a problem for me because I have chain oil for my other saws, but it will require others to purchase chain oil separately. Just a little annoying to have to stop and squirt the bar every so often.

I have only used this tool once so far, however it is easy to handle, cuts really well and battery life is exceptional. I also like the fact Canadian Tire includes the part number for a replacement chain.

Q: Chain & Bar lubrication? On this item's page it shows the chain tension knob as the ( automatic chain lubrication ) but in it's user manual only shows manually oiling the chain & bar on pg.10 figure F. Does this 5" saw have a built in oil reservoir?

- A: I just received this 5" chainsaw and can definitely say - these do Not have an oil reservoir. In the pic above on this page where it points to a cap or knob for the location of the oil reservoir, that is just the knob for attaching the orange plastic cover over the chain sprocket. There is nothing else under that orange plate. Sorry guys/gals. The user manual says & shows only manually oiling the bar & chain about every 5 cuts. So far I have Not found any brands 4-6 inch chain saws that (actually) do have an oil reservoir - regardless of what the advertise.4 years ago

- A: Hello there! Thank you for your inquiry. Yes — you do need to hold the trigger down while using the WORX WG324 pruning saw. The WG324 is designed with a safety lock button and a trigger, and there is no trigger‑lock or “on” latch for continuous running. To operate it, you must press the safety lock and hold the trigger at the same time. Once you release the trigger, the saw stops immediately. Thank you for choosing WORX!a day ago
