Worked well, but stupidly expensive.

I have a basement sink that plugs up. The plastic snake couldn't reach the blockage, but the solution cleared it. But the regular multi use Drano would have worked just as well for a fraction of the price.

Snake broke within 5 seconds

The snake broke within five seconds so then I had to hunt down plyers to pull the snake out of the drain. The drano itself worked okay. I will still need to call a plumber to give the drain a good clean out though.

Great starter kit

Highly recommend this product if you do not have a drain snake as it comes as a kit with the chemical cleaner. I bought it to deal with a partially clogged kitchen sink, most likely due to food debris. The snake itself actually did the heavy lifting and the chemical wash will hopefully prevent a reoccurrence in the near term. Saved me a call to the plumber right before Christmas. Would buy again!
